Ingredients:
1cup wheat flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1/4 cup semolina ( sooji)
Salt
Pinch of asafoetida powder
1tbsp chopped chilies
1tbsp curry leaves
1 onion finely chopped
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Method :
Add sufficient water to prepare a batter. Rest for 15 minutes . Dilute further
Heat a tava, pour the batter all over.
Cook with oil or ghee.
Remove when it starts browning.
Serve crispy wheat dosa with any accompaniment.
