Ingredients :
Ragi 50 grams
Bajra 50 grams
Jowar 50 grams
Udad dal 30 grams
Chana dal 30 grams
Rice ( preferabley red rice ) 100 grams
Method
Soak all ingredients after washing them well together for 6-8 hours .
Grind to a smooth batter, allow for fermentation for 6-8 hours .
Add salt after fermentation , mix batter gently ,prepare delcious helathy dosas for breakfast
