Jowar Rava dosa
delicious Instant jowar dosa ( sorghum)
Recipe :
1 cup jowar flour
1/2 cup rice flour or any millet flour like kodod millet or barnyard millet flour or even besan flour
2 tbsp semolina
Chopped chilies , cumin seeds , grated coconut , salt ,cracked pepper , asafoetida powder , chopped coriander leaves,
Add enough water to make rava dosa batter like consistency .
heat a tava on high , just pour !
This dosa comes great everytime and so it is our preferred tiffin most afternoons or as breakfast with masala.
And chutneys on the side.
