Apple crumble cake

Follow the instructions on the pancake mix, pour it into a baking pan, layer the top with sliced apples, and generously sprinkle a crumble mixture consisting of flour, sugar, and butter. Ingredients
For the streusel
1 cup pancake mix
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup chopped mix nuts
Fruit mixture
4 cups peeled thinly sliced apples
Pinch of cinnamon
1 cup pancake mix
Pinch of nutmeg
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup milk
2 tbsp butter ( melted)
1/4 cup yogurt whisked .
Method
Keep oven preheated to 350 degrees F /180 degrees C
Grease a 13 by 9 inch pan or a suitable one, .
In a bowl, mix the pan cake mix, brown sugar and the butter. Use a pastry blender or any tool to make the mixture crumbly.Use a knife otherwise.
Add the nuts , mix well and keep aside. This is the streusel topping ready for use.
In another bowl, mix the apples, spice flavorings remaining ingredients , whisking yogurt, and pour this into the greased pan.
Sprinkle the streusel topping over this mixture of apples .
Bake until golden . May take around 50 minutes.
You can test with a knife, when completely cooled, cut into squares and serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
