Upwas Dosa | Millet dosa
Millet and sabudana / sabudana dosa for upwas / Vrat / fast. Milet and sabudana combine to give awesome dosas even better in texture and taste then the usual rava dosa. The batter can be prepared to make either thin soft lacy dosas or a thicker texture too . Both ways it looks and tastes awesome .

Ingredients
2 1/2 ( small ) cups millet flour ( barnyard)
1 cup sago flour
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp chopped chilies
1 tbsp coriander leaves
Salt ( sendha namak )
Water enough to make a batter like milkshake .
Method
First of all make a dry mix of all ingrdients in a bowl .
Add water enough to prepare a batter like a thick milkshake . Rest batter for 15 minutes . Heat a tava , pour batter after mixing well on a well heated rava , reduce flame to medium , allow to cook till crispy . Add ghee or oil .
Flip and cook if needed Serve with Vrat chutneys
