Tiffin sambar powder

Ingredients
1. Roast and grind to a fine powder 1 tsp oil
1 tsp methi seeds
4 tsp split udad dal
4 tsp chana dal
40 pepper corns
1 tsp cumin seeds
4 tsp coriander seeds
16 red chilies
1 big piece of solid asafoetida
Curry leaves
1 tsp turmeric powder to be added to roasted ingredients. powder and store in a bottle, use as needed when you want to make a delcious tiffin sambar .
