flour , add the raisins , mix with a wooden spoon or a spatula in the bowl itself .
3. Do not add any more flour and keep mixing with spatula till all moisture is absorbed by flour and the dough begins to look sticky but forming . add 1-2 tbsp more milk if dough seems too firm or not sticky .
4. Unlike other breads , no need to knead , but simply leave the dough mixture in the bowl itself .Cover with cling wrap or a cloth and allow to rise for an hour till dough appears to be doubled .
5. after the dough has risen , now tip it over a slightly floured surface and using little more oil or flour to your hands, smooth out the slightly sticky dough mixture , and make a smooth ball.
6. Now divide the dough into required portions , 4-6 portions
7.Shape each portion to a small ball and keep such small balls aside for about 10 min utes to rest , keep covered with clingwrap.
8. Now take each ball, flatten slightly with a rolling pin and stretch it out not too thin to a rectangle , roll the shorter ends out .
Fold over the shorter sides and roll lightly , do not press too much , keep Such rolls in the greased baking tray with little gaps between rolls.
9. Cover and allow to proof . mid way , preheat oven to 180 C
10. In 45 minutes or an hour the rolls would have risen and looking plump, now give a gentle milk wash , sprinkle some sliced almonds on each roll by gently fixing .Bake in the preheated oven at 180 C for 20 minutes or till done, the tops will start browning
10. remove and allow to cool, brush the hot buns with melted butter or ghee and cover with a moist cloth for 5 minutes.
11. allow the buns to cool before you tear into them !
12. you can also give glaze to these buns for extra flavor and yumminess
The collaboration of oranges and tutti frutti creates a delightful alliance, resulting in scrumptious cakes that I frequently whip up, especially during the season when we are blessed with an abundance of juicy oranges. This cake boasts a delightful orange flavor, generously studded with tutti frutti, offering a moist texture without being overly sweet
