Delicious healthy fried gram ladoo, that can be prepared by anyone within 30 minutes for any festival .
By keping sugar on lower side you can alsomake it more helathy , or skip and add jaggery powder too .
Ingredients
1 cup fried gram
1/2 cup sugar or as needed
few cardamom pods
some cashewnuts and raisins fried in ghee .
Hot ghee as required to make the ladoos .
Method
Grind the fried gram and sugar with cardamom pods in a mixer till smooth
remove to a bowl, add hot ghee , fry the cashenuta s and raisins in a pan, add this to the nfriedn gram powder ,mix well, and start shaping into tight ladoos,
Take required quantity of fried gram powder at a time, and make the ladoos,make them in batches so that they wont crumble and then ladoos can be shaped well with hot ghee.
