Banana Bread
Delicious 😋 Banana 🍌 bread with choco chips .
Ingredients :
3 bananas (mashed)
1/2 cup brown sugar (100g)or powdered jaggery
1/3 cup oil (80ml) or melted butter
1/3 cup milk (80ml)
1 tsp vanilla extract (5 ml)
1 cup mixed flour (125g) all purpose and wholewheat flour
1 tsp baking soda (4g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder (2g)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Some nuts and raisins .
Mash bananas and keep aside
Take a bowl add milk , vanilla extract , oil .
Add jaggery powder and whisk well .
Add mashed banana purée , mix well . Add in the chocolate chips . Add nuts and raisins .
Place a sieve over the bowl and add in dry ingredients. Add flours , baking soda , salt , cinnamon powder .
Mix batter well . Gently fold in batter .
Place batter in a greased loaf tin . Bake in preheated oven 180 C for 35 minutes or till done . Oven timings may vary . Insert a skewer to check .
