Tomato 🍅 Gothsu
Tomato gothsu /thakkali gothsu is a delicious quick side dish .You can create numerous variations of the simple gothsu—using onions, tomatoes and onions, brinjals, or a combination of ingredients. These variations range from plain and straightforward to more elaborate preparations, each offering its own distinct taste and flavor. Depending on your convenience, you can choose any of these to make a delicious side dish that pairs perfectly with idli, dosa, pongal, or even poori and chapati.
While sambar is a traditional go-to accompaniment for such tiffins, introducing gothsu can bring a delightful change to your meal. Especially on evenings when you're looking for a quick and easy side dish without too much effort, gothsu can be a lifesaver.
