Ingredients:
1cup rice flour
1 cup udad dal flour
3 cups Ragi flour
Method :
Mix all flours with sufficient water to prepare a dosa batter consistency.
Rest batter to ferment overnight or 8-10 hours till batter shows a significant rise in volume .
Mix batter , add little water if needed , salt as required, prepare delicious crispy Ragi dosa .
Option 2
1 cup udad dal
1 cup raw rice
Wash both rice and udad dal well , soak for 4-5 hours .
Grind to a smooth batter . Add 3 cups Ragi flour to batter . Mix well and ferment .
Tip : you can also mix all three ingredients rice , udad dal , Ragi ( grains) for 5-6 hours .
