Tomato Kurma
Tomato Kurma
Tomato kurma is the simplest way to make a quick side dish for idli, dosa chapati, and doesnt need any other vegetable except tomatoes which most of us have always stocked . Tomato π
Kurma with idlis and chapatis is always my go to kurma variety when I donβt feel like adding too many veggies in kurma , also to keep it light when I have it with idlis of dosa .
I keep the masalas very minimum to get a hint of the aroma, yet creamy and delicious due to cashew paste .
