Delicious crispy tasty Moong dal murukku for Diwali or even for tea time snacking any time of the year..you dont need a reason to indulge in these delightful murukkus .

The flour version of moong flour murukkus also come out great but the method of adding cooked dal to rice flour gives it even more yummy taste .

Ingredients

2 cups rice flour

1/2 cup moong dal washed and pressure cooked with water just enough to cook the dal 1.5 tbsp butter

salt

pinch of asafoetida powder

1 tbsp sesame seeds oil for deep frying
