Tomato adai dosa


Most delicious tomato adai or tomato dosa

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup broken wheat rava / or quinoq / bansi rava
  2. 1/4 cup chana dal
  3. 1/4 cup toor dal
  4. 1/4 cup udad dal
  5.  chopped tomatoes
  6. 2-3 kashmiri red chillies
    
    

    Method

  7. soak all dals and red chillies with broken wheat rava for 2 hours after washing well
  8. grind to a slightly coarse paste with 2 chopped tomatoes , add salt to batter .
  9. mix well .prepare tomato adai /dosa, immediately , as thick ,or as thin as you like . it becomes very crispy too . 
  10. no fermentation requireduse sesame oil , enjoy with butter, jaggery , avial or chutney of your choice
  11. Notes :
    add drumstick leaves , greens, spring onion greens, grated vegetables, cabbage, carrots to the adai batter before preparing .
