Delicious dreamy soft pillow like breads that you will enjoy with just butter or jam , or as a toast or as a garlic bread too .
The recipe and method is almost same as my pav buns/ dinner rolls recipe . We loved to tear off the bread in portions that was just right . I loved the way the slices just bake into each other after proofing second time and it becomes easy to just pull apart .

Note below , after kneading well after the first proof , we have divided the dough into two balls, gave time to rest the balls,then rolled out into two logs each , made required slices in the dough and kept for final proofing for an hour or till well risen .
Note below pic , after the dough has proofed and looking risen . Note how we have made the slices in the log of dough . I did not have a suitable size pan so i used aluminium foil .
