Bansi wheat rava adai dosa

Delicious quick healthy filling breakfst or for a brunch, prepare this diabtetic friendly dish, adai dosa with bansi rava .

Ingredients

1 cup bansi rava soaked for an hour

1/4 cup pink lentils ( masoor dal ) or moong dal

1/4 cup toor dal

4-5 red chillies

salt

Method

Soak and grind to a smooth paste , prepare spicy adai dosa immediately , no fermentation is required.

add curry leaves, hing, salt.

Heat a dosa tava, spread batter as thick or as thin as you prefder, use ghee or oil for preparing the adai dosas

Serve with avial, butter and jaggery for a completel meal.
