I had a big load of apples to finish up quickly though they seemed to keep good in the fridge for long.
I had tried many chutneys, sauces, smoothies and for salads too.. Then I stumbled upon a very good recipe

So here is the recipe for the simple but delightful cake .
I decided to bake in a bundt pan, though a loaf tin would have been better to get neat slices.
As you can see the texture was great, the crumb and crust was perfect.I made this cake as an eggless one but can bake the original way using the eggs mentioned in the recipe which I have given.
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
approx. ¾ cup )
need: 9×5 inch pan, lined with parchment paper.
one at a time and mix. Then , add vanilla extract.
then mix milk until smooth.
apples and half the brown sugar mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven to 175C for 30 to 40 minutes .
This is a delicious and not a very sweet cake, so perfect with a cup of coffee.
